BBB member: This section tells you whether the company in question is a member of the Better Business Bureau.
Option to deposit to checking account: This section tells you whether or not, upon accepting their offer for your gold, they can deposit your money directly into your checking account or if you’ll need to use an alternate method (which might include receiving a check by mail or PayPal).
Payment within 24 hours: This section tells you whether or not your payment will be delivered to you within 24 hours of the company processing your material.
Envelope supplied: This section tells you whether the company provides you with a pre-paid envelope in order to safely send them your materials.
Toll free customer service: This section tells you whether the company has a toll free customer service number available.
Guaranteed against loss or damage: This section tells you whether the company will insure your material in case they get lost or damaged while being delivered or after being recieved.
Option of refusal: This section tells you whether the company gives you the option to refuse their offer and have your items returned to you.
Age requirement: This section tells you how old a customer needs to be to do business with the respective company.
Trust-E seal: This section tells you whether or not the company has a Trust-E Seal, a seal that ensures that the company is in compliance with standard privacy procedures.
PayPal payments: This section tells you whether or not the company has the ability to process your payment through your PayPal account.
Telephone quote: This section tells you whether you can call and recieve an intstant quote on your items over the telephone rather than waiting for your payment to arrive.
Package tracking: This section tells you whether or not the business allows you to track your package after it has been sent.
Referral program: This section tells you whether the company offers a compensation program in exchange for referring new customers.
